Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, marketing services, and related offerings provided by Your Auto Hub ("we," "our," or "us") (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Services and eligibility

Your Auto Hub provides marketing and related services aimed at vehicle fleet operators and similar businesses. You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

Fees and payment

Fees for offered packages are described on our website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for amounts you agree to at checkout. Prices and offerings may change; changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases unless required by law.

Scheduling and communications

After purchase, you may be directed to schedule an appointment through our scheduling tools. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to attend scheduled sessions in good faith or reschedule as permitted by our policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users, or third-party services;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services;

The Services, including branding, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by Your Auto Hub or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES, REVENUE, OR RENTAL RESULTS. MARKETING AND ADVERTISING PERFORMANCE DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUR AUTO HUB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF NO SUCH PAYMENT APPLIES, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Your Auto Hub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Your Auto Hub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
